MVASIST/Fleet (only)
Web Based: No Charge (included in current Volvo and Mack IT fees)

With MVASIST/Fleet you are limited to view and write estimates on designated fleet vehicles only. You are also limited to a minimal level of customization including your labor rate, tax rate, authorized users and miscellaneous charges. All customization will be done in collaboration with a Decisiv support person over the phone and via the web.

MVASIST/Pro (only)
Onsite Implementation and Training: $2,150 (Additional locations: $300)

Decisiv offers On Site customization and training for MVASIST/Pro designed to get your dealership up and running with MVASIST as quickly as possible. Please contact Decisiv support to learn more about this training program at or call 804 762-4153, press 2.

MVASIST/Pro (only) Limited Availability - First Quarter 2008
One Day Regional Training – Web Based Customization: $750 / Dealer Group – Limited to 2 participants, additional participants @ $150 per attendee. Participants pay their own expenses – lunch will be provided.

For single location or small dealer groups, Decisiv offers a one time event. These group training sessions will be held in a regional hotel setting – in most cases within a 3 hour drive of your facility. This includes full, web-based customization support to set up your MVASIST/Pro profile and includes 2 free seats for dealer location attendees at a regional training session. Dealers must be enrolled prior to attending the Regional Training Session. Web-Based Training (MVASIST/Pro and MVASIST/Fleet)

Training for both MVASIST/Fleet (initial and ongoing training) and MVASIST/Pro (ongoing training after the onsite) are held weekly via Webex (web conferencing software). You may send as many people as you wish to the web based training and you may have people attend as many sessions as they wish. MVASIST/Fleet
No Charge (part of Mack and/or Volvo IT current fees)

MVASIST/Fleet has limited functionality and service estimates are restricted to Volvo and Mack designated fleet vehicles with recommended labor times and MVPreferred parts pricing only.

MVASIST/Pro
First Location within a Dealer Group: $250/month
Second and Subsequent Service Locations: $150/month/location

The Monthly Subscription Fee, payable in advance of each month, provides for the Subscriber's use of MVASIST to more effectively write up service and create service repair estimates for your customers. Unlike MVASIST/Fleet you will not be restricted to Mack and Volvo designated fleet vehicles.

The monthly subscription fee provides support for both Mack and Volvo vehicles with access restricted based on having a valid dealer number for the specific brand.

If you are a Mack only service location – support will only be provided for Mack trucks; Volvo only service location – support will only be available for Volvo trucks; if you are authorized for both brands (two dealer numbers) you will have support for Mack and Volvo from MVASIST/Pro – same $250 monthly fee.
